WHO IS CAST
The USA Chinese Association for Science and Technology, hereinafter referred to as CAST, is a non-profit organization. CAST is a publicly supported organization and exempt from United States federal income tax as an organization described in section 501(c)(3). With the help of a few leading figures in the Colorado Chinese-Americans community, long time Colorado residents and US citizens Dr. Xue-wei Wang and Dr. Yingbei Zhang established CAST in 1992.
MISSION STATEMENT
CAST was founded to dedicate itself to the promotion and enhancement of mutual understanding and the development of cultural, educational, social, and economic ties between the US and China. CAST supports the expansion of global awareness and is designed to help eliminate cultural and language barriers between China and the US in the development of new partnerships.
