States Foreign Secondary School Students who will live with American host families
selected by Chinese Association for Science and Technology, Inc. for one
semester or one academic year, while attending secondary school to enable
exchange visitors to acquire a knowledge of American life, especially with regard to
education, family and community to promote the general interest of international

DISE stands for: Denver Intercultural Student
Exchange program.
DISE is a CAST sponsored home-stead exchange for high
school students from other nations to study in US high school and for US
students to study abroad.
DISE is a J-1 Student and Exchange Visitor
Program (SEVP) sanctioned by the United States Department of State
(US DOS)
CAST is the only Chinese American organization
to have been designated by the US DOS as an official sponsor for J-1 High School
Student Exchange.
The DISE program is identified by US DOS officially
as Exchange Visitor Program No. P-3-05984
The duration for DISE program is 6 MONTH or ONE YEAR
The participants (students) for DISE program are eligible to bring one of their parents
to accompany him/her self to study in the US
The Wang's Foundation offers scholarship funds to qualified participants.
